Description
The Sunday River Bridge (also known as Artist's Bridge) was built in 1872 and retired in 1958. It is the most photographed and painted historical bridge in Maine. It spans the Sunday River surrounded by early Fall Colors as the late afternoon sunlight is shaded by large trees alongside, casting patterns on the structure. Close to the town of Newry, in far Western Maine.
